Terms of service
Last updated: Oct 9, 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and Esor, Inc. ("we", "us"), which runs FFP Method at ffpmethod.com. By creating an account or buying a membership, you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains what we collect and why. Our disclaimer is part of these terms.
The short version
- One membership: $29.99 a month, charged when you join and then every month until you cancel. There is no free trial.
- New members pay $14.99 for their first month.
- Cancel anytime in the app. Access stops right away and we refund the days you haven't used.
- Modules open one at a time: finish one, and the next opens on its monthly date.
- The videos and tips are general information, not medical advice.
Who can use FFP Method
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- FFP Method is run from the United States. If you join from another country, you're responsible for following the laws there.
Your account
- You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code we email you. There is no password.
- An account is for one person. Don't share your account or your sign-in codes.
- Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your email account secure. If you think someone else used your account, email us at ffpmethod.hello@gmail.com.
- To change the email address on your account, email us. The app can't change it yet.
The membership
- Price. $29.99 a month in US dollars. Stripe's payment page shows the final amount before you pay, including any sales tax, and may show it in your local currency.
- Renewal. We charge you when you join and then once a month on the same day of the month (or its last day, in a shorter month) until you cancel.
- First-month offer. If your account has never had a membership, your first month costs $14.99. After that you pay $29.99 a month. The offer applies once per account and not when you come back after canceling.
- Payment. Stripe takes your payment on its own pages, and Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply there. We never see or store your card number.
- Whose membership it is. A membership belongs to the FFP Method account it was bought for, also when someone else pays for it. If you pay through our payment link with an email address that has no FFP Method account, we create the account for that address, and you sign in with a code sent to it.
- One membership per account. If an account ends up with two memberships, for example after paying twice, we cancel the newer one and refund it in full.
- Price changes. We email members at least 30 days before a new price applies to them, and you can cancel before it does.
Failed payments
If a monthly payment fails, videos pause until the payment goes through: pay it with Pay now on your billing page, or update your card there. Stripe tries the payment again a few times. If the last try also fails, your membership ends. You can renew anytime.
Canceling and refunds
- Cancel anytime. Open Account, then choose Cancel subscription on the "Subscription & billing" page.
- Unused days refunded. Access stops right away (a video that is already playing may run on for up to 2 hours), and we refund the whole days left in the month you paid for, pro rata. The day you cancel counts as used. For example, if you paid $29.99 for a 30-day month and cancel with 10 whole days left, we refund $9.99. The refund goes back to the payment method you used and can take a few days to show.
- Nothing to refund if the last payment failed, because that month wasn't paid.
- Other refunds. If something else went wrong with a charge, for example a charge after you canceled or a charge made twice, send us a refund request (opens in a new tab) and we'll reply by email.
- Disputed charges. If you dispute a charge with your bank, your membership ends right away, without a refund from us, because the bank returns the money.
- After canceling. Your progress and saved videos stay with your account. If you renew, module dates keep counting from the day you first joined.
- Deleting your account also cancels your membership and refunds the unused days the same way.
How modules open
- Module 1 opens when you join. Each next module opens once you've finished the one before it and its date has come: module 2 one month after you first joined, module 3 two months after, and so on. The Modules page shows each date.
- While your membership is active, you can rewatch the videos you've already watched.
- The introduction video is free for every account, member or not. Tips need an account, not a membership.
- We may add, change or remove videos, modules and tips. A membership doesn't promise a set number of videos or a schedule for new ones.
No medical advice
The videos and tips are general information. They aren't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they don't replace a doctor or another qualified health professional. Ask your doctor before you start a new exercise or health routine, and never delay getting medical advice because of something you saw on FFP Method. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Read the full disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Go at your own pace, stop if something hurts or you feel dizzy or short of breath, and check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, recovering from an injury or living with a health condition. You take part at your own risk.
Using the content
- The videos, tips, text and images belong to Esor, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright.
- While your membership is active, you may stream them for your own personal, non-commercial use. This right is yours only and ends when your membership ends.
- You may not download, record, copy, share, sell, show in public or post the content anywhere else.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- let anyone else use your account, or share your sign-in codes;
- try to get around sign-in limits, locks or payment, for example by guessing codes, sending automated sign-in requests or opening videos your account can't play;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk, or overload or attack it;
- use FFP Method to break the law or anyone else's rights.
Ending your account
- You can delete your account anytime. Open Account, then choose Delete account on the "Subscription & billing" page. It ends any membership right away, refunds the unused days and erases your account data as our privacy notice explains. Stripe keeps its own billing records.
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. We'll tell you why by email unless the law or someone's safety prevents it. If we close it, we refund the unused days of the current paid month.
- If we stop offering FFP Method, we'll tell members at least 30 days ahead and refund the unused days of the current paid month.
Emails
Service emails, like your sign-in code and the confirmation of your membership, go to every account and can't be turned off while you have one.
The service "as is"
We work to keep FFP Method running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that the content will get you a particular result. Video quality depends on your connection and device. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about FFP Method beyond the ones in these terms.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about FFP Method is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or takes away rights your local consumer law gives you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Esor, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts there, unless the law where you live lets you bring a claim at home. Before going to court, please email us: most problems are solved faster that way.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a material change, we email members and show a notice in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before that date, and the unused-days refund applies. If you keep your membership after that date, the new terms apply.
Other terms
- If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
- You can't transfer your account or membership. We may transfer these terms to a buyer if Esor, Inc. or FFP Method is sold.
- These terms, the privacy notice and the disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about FFP Method.
